[Ankit Saxena](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ankitsaxena786/) is the Co-Founder and CEO of Thena. The idea for Thena came from Ankit’s time leading enterprise post-sales teams at [Branch](https://www.branch.io/), where managing customer conversations across Slack, Teams, and email was messy, manual, and unsustainable. Ankit teamed up with Govind to build what the market was clearly missing—a channel-native, account-centric AI support platform. Mike, who worked closely with both Ankit and Govind at Branch, later joined the journey.

Ankit brings 15+ years of experience across Customer Success, Field Engineering, and GTM leadership. At Branch, he led global post-sales teams and played a key role in scaling operations across APAC, EMEA, and North America. Earlier, he was CTO at [Let’s Intern](https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/small-biz/startups/aspiring-minds-acquires-online-and-mobile-internship-platform-letsintern/articleshow/50260563.cms?from=mdr), where he helped build and scale one of India’s leading platforms for early talent.

Today, Ankit oversees Thena as CEO with a major focus on product and engineering—bridging customer needs with technical innovation.
